Meet Our Service Provider
Hadier Eskandar is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Licensed Behavior Analyst and certified as an anger management specialist as well as a New York State–certified Bilingual School Psychologist. She has 13 years of experience working as a school psychologist with elementary- and middle-school–aged students with special needs in school settings and 8 years of experience practicing as a BCBA across school and home settings. She provides BCBA supervision to aspiring behavior analysts and RBTs, helping them develop practical skills and ethical practice. Also, she is currently learning about puppet therapy and the power of puppets in expression. She is the founder of Anchor Play ABA, where her focus is on empowering parents to become their children’s therapists through practical, evidence-based strategies, which focus on utilizing role play, theatrical games and puppets. She strongly believes that theatrical play and role play have huge impact on reducing anger and stress in children as well as adults. Let's not forget to anchor ourselves in play!
